For the kindergarten and first grade application, click on the Primary Program Application link.

If your child currently attends school, or has previously attended school, please download and submit the teacher recommendation form below. We need not receive the recommendation form prior to scheduling a student observation. The recommendation form should, however, be submitted as early as possible, as a completed file is required to receive an offer of admission.
